My insurance journey began in 2014 after a 23-year career in corporate finance, serving in senior leadership positions, including multiple Corporate CFO roles, with organizations generating $400 million to $1.2 billion in annual revenue. My expertise focused on financial restructuring, operational improvement, and restoring profitability.

Seeking a new entrepreneurial challenge and greater time with my family, I transitioned into the insurance industry in 2014, applying my financial and accounting expertise to building a successful business. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Le Moyne College and an MBA in Corporate Accounting and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Outside of work, I enjoy family time, golfing, hiking, downhill skiing, and automobiles, particularly detailing and maintaining exceptional finishes.
